What Is YFIB? Your Friends in Business Explained

You know that feeling when you walk into a room and immediately think, "My people"? Like the energy shifts, the conversation is real, and nobody is trying to sell you a timeshare? That's what we built.
YFIB — Your Friends in Business — started because four guys in Las Vegas got fed up with networking that felt like speed-dating for business cards. We thought: what if you only paid for results? What if the room was actually curated? What if networking didn't make you want to fake a phone call and leave early?
Radical ideas, apparently.
What Does YFIB Stand For?
YFIB stands for Your Friends in Business. Some people call us YFB. Either works — we answer to both, kind of like a golden retriever with two names. We're headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, and we exist for one beautifully simple reason: to put serious operators in rooms where handshakes turn into revenue.
The Four Amigos (Who Built This Thing)
Four people, each obsessed with a different piece of the puzzle. Together, it's like Voltron but for business development:
- Jaxon Wright — CEO. Jaxon curates every room like he's casting a movie. Vets every member. Makes every introduction by hand. When he says "you need to meet this person," he means it — and it usually ends in a deal. The man lives, breathes, and probably dreams about connecting the right people.
- Justin Meyers — CTO. Justin built the AI engine that fills the pipeline while you sleep. Lead scoring, email sequencing, outreach at scale — the machine runs 24/7 so members can focus on the one thing machines still can't do: look someone in the eye and close.
- Justen Patague — Media Director. Three to four hundred content pieces a month. Highlight reels, social clips, podcast episodes, the whole works. If it happened in the room, Justen made sure the internet saw it. The man doesn't miss a moment.
- Riley Keohen — COO. Every event on time. Every partner onboarded. Every operation humming. When the other three are dreaming big at 2 AM, Riley's the one who wakes up and makes it actually happen. He's the reason the trains run on time (and the champagne is cold).
How Does It Actually Work?
Four channels, each one feeding the others like a beautifully chaotic flywheel:
Curated events. Monthly. Luxury venues — Resorts World, The Venetian, private mansions, art galleries. Thirty to two hundred fifty people, and every single one vetted. You don't wander around hoping to bump into someone useful. We engineer the introductions. You leave with at least one relationship that moves the needle. Usually more.
Podcast production. The Podcast Mansion. You walk in with a story, you walk out with a fully produced episode, a dozen short-form clips, and a distribution plan. Thirty minutes across a table from the right guest is worth more than a year of cold outreach. Plus, you get to feel like Joe Rogan for an afternoon. Win-win.
AI-powered outreach. While you're having dinner, our AI is scoring leads, identifying prospects, optimizing send times, and warming up email infrastructure. It fills the top of the funnel so you can focus on the fun part: closing.
Content at scale. 300-400 pieces per month. Every event, every podcast, every moment — documented, edited, and distributed everywhere. Your brand grows whether you're in the room or on a beach in Cabo. (We recommend the room. But Cabo is nice too.)
Why Revenue Share?
Because the retainer model is a scam and everyone knows it.
Agencies charge you $5K a month whether they deliver results or deliver excuses. We decided to do the crazy thing: only get paid when you actually make money. If you don't close deals from our introductions, we don't earn a dime. That's not a marketing tagline — it's literally how our books work.
Turns out, when your income depends on actually delivering results, you get really good at delivering results. Funny how that works.
The Numbers (Because We Like Receipts)
- 12,019 page visits in seven months
- 895 tickets sold
- 5.01% conversion rate — all organic, no ads, no tricks
- 47% direct traffic — people typing the URL because someone told them to
- $0 in paid advertising — zero, zilch, nada, goose egg
How Do I Get In?
Start with a 20-minute call. We'll know in the first five minutes if it's a fit — and honestly, so will you. We work with operators generating $500K+ who are ready to show up, connect, and close. No tire-kickers, no "just looking" energy.
Book the call. Worst case, you spend 20 minutes talking to someone interesting. Best case, your business looks completely different six months from now.
