You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service or attend events. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Event Participation

By registering for and attending our events, you agree that:

• Events may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes
• You consent to the use of your likeness in event media unless you notify us in writing beforehand
• You will conduct yourself professionally and respectfully at all events
• Event registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees who violate our code of conduct

5. Revenue Share & Business Relationships

Business relationships, revenue share agreements, and introduction terms are governed by separate written agreements between the parties. These Terms of Service do not constitute a revenue share agreement. All business terms are established during the qualification call and formalized in writing.

6. AI Chat & Communications

Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Information provided by the chat assistant is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or business advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
